The short version
This site is a set of static pages. It has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no third-party trackers. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies. We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
What the site collects
- Nothing you type. There is no sign-up and no contact form here; the contact page simply opens your own email app or WhatsApp.
- Standard server logs. The site is served by Google Firebase Hosting, which keeps routine request logs (such as IP address, time, the page requested and your browser's user-agent) to run and secure the service. These are handled by Google as our hosting provider.
If you contact us
When you email or message us, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and follow up. We use it for that purpose only, and we do not add you to any marketing list without your asking.
If you message us on WhatsApp or email us to ask when a product is ready, we use your number or email address only to reply to you, and delete it when we no longer need it, or sooner if you ask.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us what personal data of yours we hold from our correspondence, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us at the address below and we will act on it within a reasonable time.
Grievances
If you have a complaint about how your data has been handled, our grievance officer is named on the grievance officer page, with how to reach them and how quickly you can expect a response.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be clearly described here.
